FNCRU is an incorporated association run by a Board elected by the affiliated clubs.
The Board is responsible for managing the regions club competition and the representative teams in the NSW Country Championship.
Connect Accountants Far North Coast Rugby Union oversees competitions for up to U18.
Mawson Far North Coast Rugby Union runs senior competitions.
The primary role of th FNCRU Governing Body is to promote and develop the sport of rugby within its jurisdiction. This includes organising competitions, setting and enforcing rules and regulations, and fostering the growth of the sport at all levels.
The structure of the FNCRU Governing Body includes a president and a board of members elected by the affiliated clubs. The various borad members are responsible for different aspects of the sport, such as finance, marketing, competitions, and development.
